The Target Group of Companies started with the establishment of TRSB in 1986 as a Class F Contractor involved very much in small infrastructure jobs. It has grown over the period to becoming an established Class A Contractor from the humble beginning with paid up capital of only RM 10,000.

TRSB has been the flagship of The Target Group and also the catalyst to the Group’s expansion into new businesses. Based on its past excellent deliveries of completed projects and strong financial track records, it was awarded as “Kontraktor Berwibawa” by the Prime Minister’s Department and supported by JKR (Public Works Department) & PKK (Contractor Services Center) in 1995.

In 2005, TRSB got its ISO 9001:2000 Certification by DNV. From then on, in 2007 TRSB was given the endorsement by Prime Minister’s Department as candidate for “Skim Jejak Jaya Bumiputra “ (“SJJB”) in which the Government will support the creation of more Bumiputra companies to be listed as Blue Chip Counters on the main board of Malaysian Stock Exchange.
Despite the additional scope of businesses the Target Group is embarking on, such as Oil & Gas / Marine Services and other Services, Construction remains one of the core businesses. The momentum to seek and secure new projects is strong so as to fully utilised its matured resources and maintaining the reputation established thus far.
